       On 9th Jan 2018, at the Hanoi Medical University, Department of health presented by and handed specialist level I course 2 and opening specialist I 8: pilot project in putting young doctors to volunteer on the work in mountainous, remote areas, border areas, Islands, there are social-economic conditions particularly difficult (according to the project on 585 20/02/2013, Ministry of health).

Pilot project "putting young doctors volunteer on work in mountainous, remote areas, border areas, Islands, there are social-economic conditions particularly difficult was the Ministry of health decided to implement in February 2013 with the aim of ensuring sustainability report health human resources of high quality, according to the year 2020 will take about 300 to 500 young doctor on the work in the areas mentioned above. Up to the present time the project has and will train specialists for 154 doctors in 10 majors (, surgery, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, diagnostic imaging, laboratory, anesthesia, emergency resuscitation, infection and traditional medicine) during 24 months. After their training, doctors will work 3 years (for men) and 2 years (for women) in poor districts have voluntary registration. After the time limit on, physicians will continue to work in hospitals affiliated to the Ministry of health. Particularly for the physician is the poor district trainings will long work in hospitals/health centers in poor districts.

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc.
