Prof. Harris Pastides, PhD -  President South Calolina said: the United States is one of the countries that invest most in funding health care people (about 8% of GDP) but also just rated the quality of stuff 39 in the world. The system of medical training at the University of the South includes the medical school 2nd Calolina, 1 school of nursing, school of pharmacy, 01 01 public health schools, 1 school of social work. This is the basis for the field can cooperate with other countries in training human resources for health. With the new type of medical industry is "people who care" then the school could offer training programs at two levels: basic level to patient care and advanced levels in patient care. In addition the University South Calolina also importance in the search for solutions to technology applications consulting, examination and treatment to the sick little to move to a medical facility, from which reduced load for the hospital.
