Conference on implementing tasks and signing the emulation contract in 2019 - The emulation for universities and colleges in Nam Dinh Province

       Implementing the official letter No. 87 /UBND-VP8 dated February 22nd, 2019 of Nam Dinh People's Committee on launching the emulation movement in 2019; the official letter No.223/SNV-TDKT dated February 27th, 2019 of Home Affairs Depertment - Nam Dinh Province on implementing the tasks and launching the emulation in 2019, on March 28th, 2019 at Nam Dinh University of Nursing there was a conference on implementing tasks and signing the emulation contract in 2019 - Emulation division for universities and colleges at Nam Dinh Province.

       Nam Dinh province has 09 universities and colleges: Nam Dinh University of Nursing, Nam Dinh University of Technology and Education, University of Economics and Technology for Industries, Luong The Vinh University, Nam Dinh College of Technology, Nam Dinh Industrial College, Nam Dinh Construction College, Nam Dinh College of Textile and Garment Industry, Nam Dinh College of Culture - Art - Tourism. And Nam Dinh Nursing University is assigned to be the leader.

       The emulation contract signing ceremony aims to encourage staffs and students at the universities and colleges in the group to be active, creative and enthusiastic about "good teaching and learning"; to participate in scientific research; improve the quality of education and training; develop a strong team of teachers and managers; complete the tasks of the new academic year; make achievements to celebrate the big holidays of the year; deploy activities of sports and vocational movement among students at universities and colleges. The ceremony is also an opportunity for members to exchange experiences and improve mutual understanding.

       Attending the Conference there were Mr. Tran Le Doai - Member of Provincial Party Committee Executive Board, , Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh People's Committee; Mr. Dinh Ngoc Hai - Deputy Director of Home Affairs Department, Head of the Emulation and Reward Board, Nam Dinh province; Assoc. Prof. Le Thanh Tung, PhD - NDUN Rector; Rectors, Vice Rectors, Heads of Student Affairs Offices, Standing members of Emulation Council, Chairmans of Trade Unions, Secretaries of the Youth Unions, Chairmans of the Student Associations at universities and colleges in Emulation division in Nam Dinh province.

       Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Le Doai gave a general assessment for the great contributions of universities and colleges emulation division in emulation work in general. He emphasized that the emulation and commendation work must be carried out seriously, fairly, objectively for the real development of universities and colleges. He suggested that reward and praise must be focused on the direct employees. It was necessary to promote and replicate new factors, good models to continue the patriotic emulation of the nation that has been a precious force and spirit for the general strength with great achievements in socio-economic development of the province.

       As the Head of Emulation Division in 2019, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Le Thanh Tung - Rector of Nam Dinh University of Nursing thanked the deep concern of Nam Dinh Province leaders, the Emulation and Reward Board, Nam Dinh province for the education and trainingin the province. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thanh Tung expected universities and colleges in the province to develop collective strength to exchange, learn the experiences in training high quality human resources for the industrialization and modernization in Nam Dinh province in particular and the country in general.

       At the Conference, Dr. Truong Tuan Anh - Vice Rector of Nam Dinh University of Nursing reported the results of Emulation and Rewards in 2018 and carried out the tasks of Emulation and Rewards in 2019. Under the management of the Presiding Committee of the Conference, the participants discussed the draft regulations on emulation; the targets and content of emulation scoring.
